Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

All products and services vouchers are transferrable.
All vouchers have a validity of 12 months from date of issue. Extension of validity date of vouchers is absolutely not allowed.
This Family Premium Package and the corresponding vouchers issued are absolutely non-refundable.
When using the vouchers, it is implied that the customer has read the terms and conditions and agrees to adhere to the terms.
When purchasing products, vouchers must be presented during payment. We do not allow the request to change to using vouchers after the producs leaves the clinic.
All products and services vouchers must be used within the validity date. All expired vouchers will be forfeited.
All vouchers from the Family Premium Package are not to be used with other types of vouchers, promotions or discounts.
Vouchers can only be used to pay for TCM products and consultation services. It cannot be used to pay for all other types of fees.
Usage of Gift Vouchers will not attract further Point Value.

Product Exchange & Returns

If customer cancels an order, vouchers used will be forfeited.
All products sold can only be exchanged in accordance to our exchange policies found on our website.
All approved product exchanges will be exchanged with new products.
All approved product exchanges will be allowed ONE exchange and it must be exchanged at our approved retailer.
Please take note that we will not accept all requests for exchange or return of goods resulting from customers’ change of mind or any other reasons other than requests due to product defects.
