In 1996, there was a quiet visionary who was both a passionate practitioner of Traditional Herbal Medicine and a research-based academic. He became obsessed with a quest – to marry the ancient wisdom of herbal science with the rigours of modern science.
Meanwhile, there was a groundswell of interest in herbal science far beyond Asia. The effectiveness of its systematic and holistic approach, which treated the whole person as opposed to his symptoms, had gathered fans throughout the western world. Even orthodox western medicine had cautiously acknowledged its merits.
In advancing his quest, this advocate of herbal science founded a research facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania – BIO NICE Research & Development USA LLC. For the past 20 years, the institution has worked on bio-available formulations of herbal science supplements and products. BIO NICE’s each formula follows the steps of exploration, formula designing, collection, extraction and concentration, mixing, granulating, tableting or capsulation; each production link is under strict whole-process QC to extract the essential nutrients from natural plants for human bodies, aimed at delivering optimal efficacy with a positive user experience.
Shortly after the establishment of Bio Nice Research & Development, Bio Nice Industry Sdn Bhd was opened in Malaysia in 2006. It produced products and supplements in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certified environment, in compliance with stringent medicinal safety and manufacturing standards. In 2016, the herbal science factory was strategically relocated to SILC Iskandar Puteri (Nusajaya), a modern industrial park situated in South Peninsular Malaysia, adjacent to Singapore, equipped with world-class infrastructure and facilities.
Together, Bio Nice Research & Development and Bio Nice Industry formulate and manufacture an ever-expanding range of herbal dietary supplements that enhance the quality of life for people of all ages.
In recent years, Bio Nice has expanded its operations to include a marketing arm that aims to reach out to as many people as possible.
