Can I exchange or return my purchases?
All products are non-refundable but may be exchanged if the item is defective. The customer must notify us via email, outlining details of the defect(s), within 10 working days from the dispatch date.
Please note that exchanges are on a case-by-case basis.
How do I return an item?
All returned items are to be mailed to our headquarters, the details of which our customer service officers will provide upon receiving the customer’s email regarding the defective item.
The customer shall bear full responsibility to make sure that the product is packed and sealed securely for mailing.
How long will the return parcel take to be processed?
Return parcels containing replacement products will be processed within 5 working days upon receiving the parcel containing the defective product.
An email will be sent to the customer once the parcel containing the defective product has been received and processed.
Do I need to pay the mailing fee for my return parcel?
Postage fees associated with the return of defective products will be borne by Bio Nice Group and not the customer. The money spent in returning the defective product by mail will be refunded back to the customer.
Please note that refunds of postage fees are subject to the product being verified as defective by Bio Nice Group, and therefore will be on a case-by-case basis.
